Instructions: Scrub the bar vigorously on wet hair. Best when shampoo is followed by an herbal vinegar hair rinse. I use about 2T. apple cider vinegar in 4 cups of water, with two or three drops of Le Delicate essential oil added. I follow this rinse withplenty of clear water. This bar won't strip the natural oils from your hair like regular shampoo, but it leaves a little different feeling than the "squeaky clean" you may be used to.
