Plan to rise above cold and flu bugs this winter by using essential oils in your health and wellness maintenance plan!
It's pretty easy to do. All you have to do is pick up a bottle and inhale the aroma. After all, we are talking about aromatherapy. I keep oils within easy reach, and I use them several times a day. Each one has so many benefits that you're bound to get some help!
Right now, some of my favorites are Oregano for immune building and respiratory support, Rosemary for holiday overindulgence, Deliverance for protection, Cedarwood or Good Nite for more restful sleep, Ginger for a relaxing soak in the tub ... the list could go on and on.
Lots of my friends and family have struggled with sickness lately and I'm counting my blessings that I have dodged the bullet so far. Essential oils are some of my favorite blessings. :-)
