I learned this strategy many years ago and I'm definitely a believer! It's pretty easy to do, too. All you have to do is pick up a bottle and inhale the aroma. After all, we are talking about aromatherapy. I keep oils within easy reach, and I use them several times a day. It doesn't even matter too much which ones you use, unless you have a particular need (or need to be careful due to pregnancy, etc). Each oil has so many benefits that you're bound to benefit! Right now, some of my favorites are Oregano for immune building and respiratory support, Rosemary for holiday overindulgence, Deliverance for protection, Cedarwood or Good Nite for more restful sleep, No Worries or Ginger for a relaxing soak in the tub ... the list could go on and on.
Lots of my friends and family have struggled with sickness lately and am counting my blessings that I have dodged the bullet so far. Essential oils are some of my favorite blessings. :-)
